"Elmo In Grouchland" was a big bag of fun to work on. And to come up with a land where Grouches come from... Well that was a task. There is No Trash on Sesame Street... And everything for Grouchland had to be made... From a massive set... To custom signs, magazines, newspapers and trash for the streets.
This is an example of one of the many graphic elements I created for Grouchland. This is the Ugly Parlor... A place to make Grouches... Uglier.
Basic sketches were drawn up... the basic layout and color palette were approved. Once approved... The trigger was pulled and pod. A sign was hanging in Grouchland.
